Generally this includes offerings of Yoga Private Classes, Massage Therapy, Reiki, Ayurveda Therapies, Ashtanga Yoga Workshops, Yoga Retreats, Yoga Teacher Training and other experiences, such as Yoga Nidra, Somatic Dance, Sound Healing, Spiritual Exploration and Healing.
