What is the Perfect Health Program?

Ayurveda , Perfect Health & Ashtanga Yoga Traditional Holistic, Total Wellbeing Course can be done two options

Option One: Why not Retreat in Paradise Maui Hawaii for 7 days, 6 nights: Retreat includes daily mysore practice , ashtanga vinyasa yoga ( no experience necessary , practice will be designed for your body and needs) and one guided led class practice, breath works, meditation, mantras and yoga philosophy for the mind and body and 5 days Ayurveda perfect health discussion if attending a 7 day retreat on Maui, Hawaii. $1795

Option Two: No retreat . Only Perfect Health Intro Ayurveda Class , spread out to 5 sessions where we meet once a week Saturday /Sunday for 2 to 2.5 hours $350

Intro to Ayurveda is Based on Perfect Health by Deepak Chopra, M.D Ayurvedic Lifestyle teaches how easily to bring balance and healing into your life which is the sister to Yoga. The two practices completes a total physical and wellbeing self. You will learn a powerful regimen of Yoga and Ayurvedic practices designed to meet your personal and individual mind and body and needs. The two creates a balance to the whole self, enhancing your health, energy, mood, physiology, nutrition, reduces emotional stressor, turbulence and illness and re-awakens the five senses for optimal function of our immunity, lymphatic, digestive, cardiovascular, endocrine, pulmonary, integumentary, musculoskeletal, hormone , nervous and central systems.

When our bodies and minds are in homeostasis state , which is the state of balance we can make life and nourishing choices that achieve healing, and experience the change we seek by transformation.
