All Are Welcome to begin practice and studies with Christina Martini for Daily Classes In Person in Haiku, Maui Hawaii and/ or  Live Virtual on Zoom in Hawaii time zone.  Drop in is for Traveling, Non Residence Students Only. There are no drop ins for residents of Maui.  A commitment of minimum 3 -5 days a week for one month is required to begin practice and study with Christina Martini at the shala.

Mysore | All Levels welcome: Practice done individually in a group setting. Mysore classes provide students the opportunity to expand their experience and knowledge through individualized instruction and allow for traditional ashtanga yoga sequences to be modified to suit individual needs. This is a great class for beginners and those looking to deepen their relationship with yoga and establish a regular, personalized, and sustainable practice.

INTRO TO ASHTANGA

New students with no mysore experience will be guided the first month to Intro to Ashtanga Yoga 3 x a week for one hour to prepare for Individual daily Mysore full practice. 1/2 series of primary , yoga chikitsa.

The vinyasa flow is breath guided to synchronize with the movement of the postures. This class is perfect to learn the primary series sequence of postures. Emphasis on the ujjayi breath, nine drishti, three bandhas and ashtanga 8 limbs.

Perfect for No experience, Beginners and Established practitioners with time constraints. 1/2 Primary series and additional postures subject to class attendance will be covered in this class.  

New Practitioners will explore The authentic practice and flow of the Surya Namaskaras, Basic standing and seated postures taught in traditional Vinyasa method. Physically and Stamina building of Flowing postures taught in an adapted way if needed.
